The hall is designed to accommodate events of varying sizes and formats. Maximum capacity depends on the event layout, with seating and table configurations available for banquets, meetings, and standing events. The facility includes indoor space suitable for food service, presentations, and social functions. Clear guidelines help ensure each rental runs smoothly and safely for all attendees.
Rental Rates
Rental pricing is structured based on the type of event and alcohol service requirements:
- $150 flat rate for events with no alcohol served
- $300 flat rate for events where the Agricultural Society operates and profits from the bar
- $100 flat rate for events sponsored by a member of the Delta Agricultural Society with no alcohol
- Special rates may apply for charitable, non-profit, and election-related events
Seasonal restrictions apply between November 1 and May 1, with additional charges possible for heating and snow removal.
Terms and Responsibilities
Alcohol Service
Alcohol service is permitted only with a Special Occasion Permit managed by the Delta Agricultural Society. All LCBO regulations must be followed, and leftover single-serving beverages must be purchased by the Lessee following the event.
