Message from the President

This year we are celebrating 191 years of continuous service to the people of this community. The Delta Fair is a success each year because of the loyal support and generous contributions made by the many volunteers in the area.

Volunteers give their valuable time and energy to come and support the fair. Their involvement, from paid gate admissions to attending committee meetings, helps create entertainment for our visitors and serves to further Delta’s reputation as a first-class fair. Volunteers also donate equipment and resources to help improve the overall appearance and operation of the fair. These donations assist in maintaining our facilities in a safe, working condition and serve to enhance the attractiveness of the grounds. Volunteers continue to financially support the variety of services that make a fair successful.

We, the Board of Directors, take this opportunity to invite you to come to the fair and celebrate rural life and encourage you to thank the countless individuals who assisted in making the Delta Fair what it is today.

Homecraft Notice from the Chairperson

1We would like to remind all Exhibitors to review the rules and regulations of the fair. Of particular note is that an Exhibitor may only enter one item in a section, all exhibits must have been completed in the last two years and it can only be shown for a maximum of two years. Duplicate entries and items that have been entered more than twice will not be judged.

2021 membership fee is $10.00 (taxes included) 

Special thanks to our exhibitors, volunteers and judges who commit their time and energy to making this a successful part of the Delta Fair.

Registration Information

Upon arrival to the grounds, Exhibitors are to stop and register at the Fair Office before taking their exhibits to either the Main Exhibit Hall or the Agricultural Produce Building.

Exhibitors cannot use the same number from year to year. Please contact the Office Staff for a new number for the upcoming fair.

Exhibitors need to have their membership fee paid and entry forms filed with Office Staff, exhibit entry tags completed / attached and exhibits delivered to either the Main Exhibit Hall or the Agricultural Produce Building between the hours of 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 21st, 2021.

Items must be picked up between the hours of 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 25th. Items not picked up by 6:00 p.m. will be held at the Fair Office until August 6th. Please contact Office Staff to make arrangements for a delayed pick up. If you have any concerns, please advise the Homecraft Team when you are dropping off your items on Wednesday.
